Cypher MCP

An intention graph for agentic software development, on Neo4j.

Code records what a system does. It cannot record why. Cypher MCP holds the why: capabilities, code symbols, issues, pull requests, invariants, patent elements and rationale as first-class nodes, with provenance running as edges between them. Every claim declares its origin, and a human entry stands as doctrine where an agent entry stands as opinion.

It sells named, parameterized queries rather than raw graph access, and it can publish a catalog entry as a typed tool at runtime — a new query becomes a callable, priced tool without a deployment. It is also the memory of a GitHub-Actions software factory, where agents buy their own graph writes with sats.
