Collection: Coffees

Small-batch specialty coffee named for Austrian economics. Single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Papua New Guinea, blends, decaf, instant, and mushroom coffee with Lion's Mane and Chaga.

Every name is an argument. Marginalism is the Ethiopian light roast, stopped just past first crack before another minute would cost more than it returns. Debasement is the decaf — everything survives the process except the caffeine. Saleability and Catallactics are the same Brazilian coffee at different roasts, so you can taste what those minutes do. Time Preference is small and will not be repeated.

Whole bean or ground in 12oz boxes, and 54g tubes of instant that make 18 to 27 cups. Roasted to order, shipped direct, and paid for in dollars, USDC, or Bitcoin over Lightning.

Natural, washed, wet-hulled and pulped-natural processing across the shelf. Light through dark. Nothing here is trying to taste like everything else.
