Peru grows more organic coffee than any country on earth, most of it on smallholdings high in the northern Andes. Shade-grown, hand-picked, and sold largely through cooperatives. Available while supplies last: Peruvian harvests do not repeat, and the next lot from the same cooperative will be a different cup.
