The service itself is genuinely useful: current conditions, a multi-day forecast, and historical data for a location and a date range, all from Open-Meteo.
Its other job is to be the canonical Operator — the one to read when you want to see how the pattern fits together, with a real but simple domain standing in for the business logic of a working service. Every other service in this collection is this shape with different tools bolted on.
