The concierge for the DPYC network state
Ask it how to join and it returns onboarding for your tier. Ask it to resolve a service by name or by npub and it will. Ask it who certifies a given Operator and it walks the chain for you.
It reads the member roster from the community registry and, on request, handshakes each live endpoint to fetch that service’s own self-description, so the fleet it reports is the fleet as it stands today.
It carries the Social Contract itself as well: the rulebook, the relay set, the network advisory, and the ban-election machinery the community uses to police itself.
