DPYC Oracle

The concierge for the DPYC network state. Free, unauthenticated, and the right first call for anyone arriving.

Ask it how to join and it returns tier-specific onboarding. Ask it to resolve a service by name or npub and it will. Ask it who certifies a given Operator and it walks the chain. It reads the member roster from the community registry and, on request, handshakes each live endpoint to fetch that service's own self-description — nothing about the fleet is hardcoded in the Oracle.

It also carries the Social Contract itself: the rulebook, the relay set, the network advisory, and the ban-election machinery the community uses to police itself.
